Chef Sarah Linkenheil

Born and raised in Kleinenbroich, Germany, Sarah Linkenheil always loved the adventure found in creating and preparing meals with her parents. Following her passion, she began studying as an apprentice with the Swissotel Dusseldorf in the summer of 1996.

Sarah picked up hints of flavors from all over the globe as she traveled the world and gained experience at big name resorts such as the 5-Star Hotel Steigenberger Belvedere in Davos, Switzerland, Restaurant Fischestube Zurichhorn at the famous Lake Zurich, Switzerland and the Lodges at Vail.

At the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, she dazzled guests with her ever-growing list of masterpiece dishes. During her 3-year tenure at the intimate resort, Sarah quickly advanced from an international intern to culinary supervisor of the newly opened, French inspired fine-dining Restaurant "Vue." It was there that she was promoted to Sous Chef under Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy in 2005.

Sarah brings over 11 years of culinary experience to Sally's Seafood on the Water, and she will wine and dine you with her recipes from the heights of the world.
