Mixologist Mitch

Mitch began his restaurant career working for several different hot spots in the Seattle area. Wanting newness and adventure, plus the opportunity to enhance his skills, Mitch started a new chapter in his life, bartending in San Diego.

Bartending allowed Mitch to take advantage of his high energy, creative outlook and ingenuity. He quickly realized that mixology wasn't too different than creating great dishes; it takes a fun outlook with a desire to please.

Young and relentlessly driven, Mitch is upping the game in San Diego, working private parties, night clubs and Sally's all while using his creative appeal to invent drinks that excite the masses while challenging their senses. If it's not made with fresh ingredients it won't be made by Mitch.
