Chef Ilyuk “Kaz” Kim – Our master sushi chef has been wielding his sushi knife for over two decades throughout a colorful career that’s taken him from his start at Kamekyo in San Francisco, all the way to the beautiful Cayman Islands where he served as Sous Sushi Chef for seven years at Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman.
 
Chef Kaz combines the delicacy of sushi making with a burst of bright flavors and unexpected ingredients to create spectacular dishes at Sally’s.
 
He and Chef Sarah can often be found in the kitchen after hours, experimenting on new dishes and inspiring one another with their passion for creating exceptional, crave-worthy food.
